Flexible payment plan: pay 25% upfront, with the remaining balance due 1 month before check-in (or 7 days minimum before arrival).
If final payment fails, we will attempt to contact you and provide a secure link to complete payment. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
Flexie Stays offers a flexible cancellation policy: cancellations made up to 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund (short term only).
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may not be refundable.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
In the rare event that Flexie Stays must cancel a reservation, guests will be offered a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.
