The remaining balance becomes due 1 month before check-in, or at least 7 days prior, whichever comes first.
We’ll attempt to collect the balance automatically on the due date.
If the automatic charge fails, we’ll send you a secure checkout link by email, and our staff will follow up to assist you in completing payment.
You can also pay the full remaining amount earlier if you prefer.
All transactions are processed via Stripe, ensuring encrypted, secure and compliant payment handling.
You’ll be informed of the exact amounts and due dates at the time of booking, so there are no surprises.
If for some reason the payment fails and you are unable to complete it in time, our team will contact you immediately to find a solution — extension, alternative payment or rearrangement.
In the unlikely case that payment is not made by the deadline without agreement, the booking may be cancelled and the 25% deposit may not be refunded (see our cancellation policy).

This option is not available for very short-term bookings (e.g. check-in within a few days) — in those cases full payment is required at booking.
All amounts, due dates, and conditions will be provided to you at checkout (e.g. “balance due by X date”).
Late payment without prior agreement may result in cancellation following our cancellation policy.
You always retain the right to pay off the balance early, avoiding any complications.
