While extremely rare, sometimes unexpected circumstances may require us to cancel a booking. We understand this can impact your plans, and we want to reassure you of what happens next.

Your refund if Flexie cancels

  • If Flexie cancels your reservation before check-in, you’ll receive a full refund, including any service fees.

  • Your refund will be issued to the same payment method you used when booking.

  • How quickly the funds arrive depends on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within a few working days.

Rebooking support

If your booking is cancelled, our team will help you find an alternative Flexie property whenever possible — matching your location, dates, and preferences. We’ll make sure you’re not left without options.

How you’ll be notified

If a cancellation occurs, you’ll receive an email with full details including confirmation of your refund or new booking options.

Before you confirm a cancellation, we’ll always show you exactly how much will be refunded. The refund will never exceed the amount you have paid at the time of cancellation.

If we ask you to cancel

If you are ever informed that we cannot accommodate your stay, please do not cancel the booking yourself. Instead, allow Flexie to process the cancellation. This ensures you receive the full refund you are entitled to.
