Before you book

  • Always use the Flexie Stays platform for communication and payments.

  • In rare cases, our support team may provide you with an alternative payment link. Only proceed if this comes directly from one of our official Flexie Stays support numbers or email addresses.

  • Check the photos, descriptions, and amenities carefully. If something looks unclear, contact our team for clarification.

  • Choose properties with self check-in and secure smart locks or entry codes.

  • Be aware of signs of risk: incomplete property descriptions, missing photos, or inconsistent details.

During your stay

  • On arrival, ensure that all doors and windows are secure.

  • Familiarise yourself with safety devices such as smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers.

  • Take note of emergency exits and evacuation routes.

  • Never share your access codes or keys with anyone outside your booking.

  • In the event of a fire, gas leak, or immediate danger, call local emergency services first, then inform us.

  • All incidents will be taken seriously, and we will assist with rebooking, refunds, or alternative arrangements if required.

Payments and Cancellations

To ensure fairness and trust:

  • All payments must be processed securely through the Flexie platform.

  • Cash or off-platform payments are not permitted.

  • Our flexible cancellation policy allows full refunds up to 7 days before check-in.
