Flexie property owners and partners must adhere to this policy at all times. Refusing service, applying different terms, or treating guests unfairly based on personal characteristics is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the Flexie platform.

Zero tolerance

Any behaviour, communication, or action that breaches this policy will be investigated. Confirmed cases of discrimination will lead to appropriate action, including possible account suspension or removal from Flexie Stays.
